•  You provide the marketing material and gifts used to represent your company and you pay a fee per homeowner visited. You are invoiced at the end of every month for the number of visits that your company was represented.  
• What lead lists are included in the program? 
•  We provide a detailed contact list to our sponsors with names and addresses (phone numbers & email if available) of every new homeowner visited.The contact lists are available online for your viewing. The contact list is NEVER used outside of this greeting program.
• What should I do with the contact list? 
• FOLLOW UP! FOLLOW UP! FOLLOW UP! Did you know it takes an average of 5 to 7 exposures to get a consumer to act?  Repetition is the key to advertising...and with our contact list you will be able to send follow up letters, postcards, newsletters, etc.—anything to keep your company on their mind.
